Sign in, then open SereneHead. The Log tab opens by default. Tap the big mic button to record up to 60 seconds, or use Quick Log for a one-tap minimal entry, or "Type instead" to fill out the form.

Quick Log saves a minimal entry instantly with no review screen. Type opens the same editor with empty fields. All three produce the same shape of entry — pick whichever fits the moment.

Yes. The launch version begins with sign-in so your journal can stay privately synced across your devices and so voice logging and AI Summary requests can be tied to your account. There is not a guest mode at launch.

Sixty seconds. The recording stops automatically and sends the audio for extraction. We've tuned this for the way episodic sufferers actually talk about an attack — short, focused sentences.

Every extracted chip is editable on the Review screen before you save. Tap a chip to deselect it, tap an unselected chip to add it, or use the pencil icon to type something custom. The raw transcript is always preserved on the saved entry.

Yes. Open any entry from the Journal timeline and tap to edit. You can change any field, add additional medications, or set an end time. Quick-logged entries are designed to be enriched later.

Yes. The Review screen exposes both Start time and End time. Adjust them to backfill — useful for entries you didn't get to log in the moment.

Your health data lives on your device first. It's end-to-end encrypted and synced securely across your devices through your SereneHead account. We keep an encrypted backup on our servers so your history survives a lost phone or accidental delete. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Voice recordings are processed in real time using Google's Gemini API to extract migraine details, such as symptoms, triggers, medications, and intensity, then immediately discarded. We never store your voice recordings; only the extracted structured text is saved to your journal. AI Summary sends only the logged text needed to generate your summary. These requests are transmitted securely through SereneHead's backend and handled by Google Gemini. Your data is not used, and never will be used, to train AI models. Doctor report PDFs are generated without AI.

You can delete your account from Settings → Account. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from SereneHead, including your user account, migraine logs, health data, and form customizations. This action cannot be undone.

You own your data. Premium users can export comprehensive PDF reports anytime from Journal or Reports screens with customizable date ranges (7 days to all time). For a complete data export in CSV or JSON format, contact us at support@qimolab.com and we'll provide your full dataset within 48 hours.

Your logged history remains securely stored and available in your account. If you cancel Pro, you'll lose access to Pro features such as unlimited voice logging, AI Summary, full Journal history, and longer history windows in PDF reports, Insights, and Weather. The free 14-day and 30-day views will still work.
