Start from the Log tab and describe your pain, symptoms, suspected context, medications, or notes in your own words.
Voice migraine tracker for iPhone
SereneHead helps you log when forms feel like too much. Say what happened, check the draft, and save it to your private migraine journal.
For personal tracking only. SereneHead is not medical advice.
Problem
Many migraine trackers ask you to read lists, choose fields, and remember details while you are already uncomfortable. That friction is why logs often get skipped or filled in days later.
SereneHead gives voice logging the primary place in the app. Capture what is happening in plain language first, then check the draft before anything is saved.
SereneHead solution
01
Start from the Log tab and describe your pain, symptoms, suspected context, medications, or notes in your own words.
02
Check severity, timing, pain location, symptoms, triggers, and notes before the entry joins your journal.
03
The structured entry and transcript stay together so you can see what was captured and adjust details later.
04
Voice is the fastest path when it fits the moment. Quick Log and Type use the same journal when speaking is not right for you.
When it helps
Voice can help at the start of an attack, after taking medication, or when you want to capture context before resting. Saved entries can later support your journal, Insights, pressure context, and doctor-ready PDF report.
Voice to form
Say what you would normally type: when it started, where it hurts, possible triggers, symptoms, or medication.
SereneHead sends the recording through its authenticated backend and uses a language model to suggest form fields and tags, such as severity, pain location, triggers, symptoms, and meds.
The draft is not final until you check it. You can edit the fields, add missing details, or use Quick Log and Type instead.
